Brightstar provides global device protection plans and is used by many mobile device manufacturers, wireless operators, and retailers.
They were looking to build an engaging software that would help organize and visualize the data and reports. It would also help keep customers and their carriers connected with increased transparency and accessibility.
Throughout this project, I worked closely with the business analyst, the UX architect, and the development team. We worked with an agile methodology, meeting regularly to make sure we were all on the same page.
I created lo-fi wireframes with the UX architect, to illustrate the main functionality of the portals. The designs started on desktop screens and then we would create the ones for mobile devices. We focused on mainly making it responsive as opposed to adaptive unless it was absolutely necessary.
Due to the sensitivity of the client data, security was a critical requirement. Power BI reports was also something we put attention to in order to understand the limitations and flexibility of the reports. We wanted to be able to import their reports in a visually seamless and effective way.
We successfully launched a highly secure, responsive and intuitive portal. It integrated 18 Power BI reports in a seamless experience which enhanced the efficiency of the account managers.
