They were in need of an updated tool to facilitate managing a corporate mobility program.

I was the UX designer for this project and worked closely with the UX architect as well as the BA. We would meet regularly with the large number of stakeholders from all departments that were involved with the execution of this portal.

We gathered information by performing interviews with the main user groups who would be using this product the most. We focused on 3 different user types and created proto-personas and their user journeys.

We explored various designs and directions for the overall aesthetics, especially for the home page. We wanted to make sure the UX and the hierarchy of the UI was clear, making it visually appealing and easily digestible.

Our solution was bold, intuitive and engaging. We redesigned their portal’s aesthetic and created one where they would have access to all their important data and be able to easily digest it. It combined their needs in one place which is exactly what their clients needed to be more efficient.

It was a single platform that combined domestic and global data. It ensured data accuracy, integrity and security while providing real-time insight to the full spectrum of mobility activity.

Overall, the portal was responsive and very well received. It was ranked as the best relocation technology by Trippel Survey and Research.
